Our recent Bridal Beauty Event in Glasgow brought together some of Scotland’s most talented wedding hair stylists, bridal makeup artists and wedding professionals for an inspiring evening dedicated to helping brides discover their dream wedding look.
Hosted by the Scottish Wedding Hair and Makeup Directory, the event was designed to connect engaged couples with trusted, professional wedding beauty suppliers while giving our members the opportunity to showcase their skills through live demonstrations and bridal styling.
A Celebration of Scottish Wedding Hair and Makeup
The evening welcomed brides-to-be, bridal parties and wedding enthusiasts looking for inspiration for their upcoming weddings. Guests enjoyed live demonstrations, met experienced wedding professionals and discovered the latest bridal beauty trends for weddings across Scotland.
One of the highlights of the evening was a gorgeous bridal hair demonstration by Heather Robertson Hair, who created a timeless wedding hairstyle while sharing expert advice on choosing a style that complements different hair types, wedding dresses and bridal themes.
Brides also had the opportunity to watch Ailsa Doc create a flawless bridal makeup look using airbrush makeup, demonstrating why this technique is becoming increasingly popular for Scottish weddings. Airbrush bridal makeup offers a lightweight, long-lasting finish that photographs beautifully and is ideal for weddings that last from morning preparations through to the evening celebrations.

Completing the bridal styling, Katrin Designs Couture dressed our models in beautiful bespoke bridal outfits, showcasing how personalised couture can perfectly complement professional wedding hair and makeup.
