The concept Behind the Shoot
For this styled shoot, I knew I wanted to bring the tradition of This was one of our very first styled shoots back in 2023. Members Donna from Alcheme and Kiera from Alter Ego Hair Art teamed up for this shoot at Folkerton Mill.
The Team Behind the Beauty
Donna and Kiera worked their magic on model Jo and created 2 gorgeous looks. For the first look the makeup was all about the eyes and hair was a chic updo, giving off Bridgerton vibes. Then for the second look Donna added more depth with a bold lip and Kiera created a loose half up perfect for a festival vibe.
The Venue Setting
Folkerton Mill is a wedding venue located in Lanarkshire not far from Abington. It still has an actual working water mill with lots of outdoor spaces for amazing photo opportunities. The renovated barn makes a great space for larger parties.
The outfits were beautiful, hand designed pieces from Flossy and Dossy and they really set the tone and vibe at Folkerton Mill. Christine from Signature Events provided the decor and we even managed to get some photos with an outdoor ceremony set up too.
